Terms of Service

The terms governing access to EventFlow Data, yield3, the read-only workbench, APIs, data feeds, documentation, and related services.

EventFlow Data is an analytics platform only. It does not place, route, or execute orders, hold customer assets, or provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of EventFlow Data, yield3, https://www.yield3.app, the read-only web workbench, REST API, WebSocket feeds, documentation, demo materials, data exports, and related services (together, the "Service") provided by YIELD3 INSIGHT LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization.

If you have a separate signed agreement, order form, or subscription document with us, that document controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service provides research analytics and data-delivery tools over publicly observable prediction-market data and related public reference data. Features may include:

  • Market discovery, market boards, order-book views, price history, depth views, live trade views, watchlists, and documentation.
  • Read-only REST API and WebSocket feeds.
  • Wallet intelligence, including public-wallet activity, PnL reconstruction, toxicity scores, skill scores, behavior flags, and leaderboards.
  • Microstructure analytics, including markout, realized spread, depth, imbalance, cumulative volume delta, absorption candidates, and fill-intensity estimates.
  • News and event intelligence, including public feed ingestion, source attribution, LLM-assisted classification, settlement-clause reading, fair-probability research outputs, and latency-aware signal evaluation.
  • Data quality, freshness, replay, gap logs, and lineage indicators.

2. No Trading, Custody, or Advice

The Service is analytics only.

The Service does not:

  • Place, route, submit, manage, cancel, match, settle, or execute orders.
  • Provide market-making, trading automation, smart-order routing, exchange connectivity for customer trading, brokerage, dealing, advisory, custody, wallet, payment, or fund-transfer services.
  • Hold funds, keys, seed phrases, private keys, exchange credentials, wallet credentials, bank credentials, or customer assets.
  • Create or operate exchange accounts or venue accounts for users.
  • Provide investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice.
  • Guarantee outcomes, returns, liquidity, execution quality, data completeness, or data timeliness.

Nothing in the Service is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, inducement, or instruction to buy, sell, hold, trade, copy, follow, hedge, or otherwise transact in any contract, token, security, commodity, derivative, prediction-market position, or other instrument. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take outside the Service.

3. Eligibility and Access

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service for an organization, you must be authorized to do so.

Access to authenticated areas may require Google OAuth, an email allowlist, API credentials issued by us, or other access controls. We may approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion, including for security, legal, operational, non-payment, or acceptable-use reasons.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping credentials, sessions, API keys, and authorized devices secure. You must not share accounts or API keys except as expressly allowed by us. You must promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

You must not provide private keys, seed phrases, wallet credentials, third-party exchange credentials, bank credentials, or asset credentials to the Service.

5. License and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms and any applicable order form, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access and use the Service for internal business, research, analytics, evaluation, and documentation purposes.

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish bulk exports, or commercialize the Service or Service data except as expressly allowed in a signed agreement.

API access may be subject to quotas, rate limits, authentication requirements, endpoint restrictions, documentation requirements, and fair-use controls.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, manipulative, or harmful purposes.
  • Use the Service to violate sanctions, export controls, anti-money-laundering laws, market-abuse laws, gambling laws, securities or commodities laws, privacy laws, platform rules, or third-party terms.
  • Represent Service outputs as investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, guaranteed signals, or instructions to trade.
  • Use wallet scores or public-wallet analytics to make decisions about employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, healthcare, eligibility, law enforcement, or other decisions that may have legal or similarly significant effects on an identifiable person.
  • Attempt to identify, deanonymize, harass, threaten, target, dox, or discriminate against any person behind a public wallet, social account, or public identifier.
  • Circumvent authentication, rate limits, robot controls, access restrictions, logging, security, or source limitations.
  • Scrape, crawl, copy, cache, or bulk-download the Service except through authorized APIs and within documented limits.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, probe, scan, exploit, interfere with, or disrupt the Service.
  • Upload malware, malicious code, secrets, private keys, unlawful content, or third-party confidential information.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product using non-public Service functionality, proprietary methodologies, or non-public documentation, unless permitted by a signed agreement.
  • Remove, obscure, or alter proprietary notices, source notices, quality flags, or disclaimers.

7. Public Data, Third-Party Sources, and Source Terms

The Service relies on public and third-party sources, including prediction-market APIs, blockchain records, public news feeds, public social or messaging APIs, and crypto-reference APIs. These sources are controlled by third parties and may change, delay, rate limit, remove, correct, restrict, or stop data at any time.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Polymarket, Polygon, PolygonScan, Deribit, Telegram, X, Google, or any other third-party source or platform unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.

You are responsible for complying with third-party terms, laws, and restrictions that apply to your downstream use of data.

8. Analytics Outputs and Methodologies

Analytics such as toxicity scores, skill scores, cash-flow PnL, behavior flags, markout metrics, absorption candidates, fill-intensity estimates, fair-probability outputs, event signals, and quality indicators are statistical, model-generated, or rules-based research outputs.

They may be incomplete, delayed, stale, incorrect, biased by source coverage, affected by data gaps, or based on assumptions. Absorption and hidden-size indicators are candidates with evidence, not proof. Wallet labels are behavioral classifications of public activity, not identity claims or character judgments.

Past behavior, historical PnL, historical markout, model confidence, or public-wallet activity does not predict future results.

9. Customer Content and Feedback

You retain rights in information you submit to us, such as support requests, saved settings, watchlists, API queries, and notes ("Customer Content"). You grant us a license to use Customer Content to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service and to comply with law.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not disclose your confidential information in violation of an applicable agreement.

10. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, software, designs, interfaces, documentation, methodologies, derived analytics, models, compilations, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property, except for Customer Content and third-party source data.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms or a signed agreement.

11. Confidentiality

Non-public business, technical, security, pricing, product, roadmap, API, and access information disclosed by one party to the other should be treated as confidential if marked confidential or reasonably understood to be confidential. Confidential information may be used only to exercise rights or perform obligations under these Terms or a signed agreement.

This does not restrict information that is public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we process personal information and use cookies or similar technologies. They are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Fees

Fees, payment terms, taxes, usage limits, subscription periods, and renewal terms will be stated in any applicable subscription order form, master services agreement, or signed agreement. Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes.

14. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or limit any part of the Service, including sources, endpoints, fields, features, models, retention, and documentation. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes where practical, but public-data sources and third-party APIs may change without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or real-time availability.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay fees, misuse data, exceed limits, or if continued access would be commercially or operationally impractical.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive, including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, governing law, and payment obligations.

16. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all data, analytics, outputs, documentation, and materials are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, and suitability for trading, investment, compliance, or operational decisions.

We do not warrant that third-party sources will remain available, that data will be complete or current, that analytics will be correct, that errors will be corrected, or that the Service will meet your requirements.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some disclaimers may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost goodwill, lost data, trading losses, investment losses, or cost of substitute services, even if advised of the possibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability; or (b) USD 100 if you used a free or evaluation version.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, or other liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

18. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your Customer Content, misuse of the Service, breach of these Terms, violation of law, violation of third-party rights, or downstream use of Service data or outputs.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of England and Wales, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property, confidential information, security, or data rights.

Consumer mandatory rights, if any, are not limited by this clause.

We may provide notices by email, in-product notice, website posting, or other reasonable means. You may contact us at contact@yield3.app or Unit 1e, Bromsgrove House, 88 Bromsgrove Street, Birmingham, England, B5 6AJ.

21. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
