Cookie Policy

How cookies, local storage, consent choices, preference storage, analytics technologies, and security cookies are used across the website and Service.

EventFlow Data is an analytics platform only. It does not place, route, or execute orders, hold customer assets, or provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

This Cookie Policy explains how YIELD3 INSIGHT LIMITED uses cookies, local storage, session storage, pixels, scripts, tags, and similar storage or access technologies on https://www.yield3.app and related Service surfaces.

1. What These Technologies Are

Cookies are small files stored on your browser or device. Local storage and session storage are browser storage mechanisms. Similar technologies can store information on, or access information from, your device for security, authentication, preferences, analytics, and related purposes.

2. Current Implementation

The current public landing page uses local storage to save the cookie-consent record under ef_consent. Analytics loading is gated by consent in the page script. No analytics script loads before consent on the current landing page.

Authenticated workbench, API, or WebSocket surfaces may use necessary session and CSRF cookies, including Django session and CSRF cookies, to keep users logged in, secure requests, and authorize same-origin WebSocket handshakes.

The demo form currently validates entries client-side and uses duplicate-submit protection in the browser. If connected to a backend form or CRM, submitted information will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Categories We Use

3.1 Necessary Technologies

Necessary technologies are always on because they are required to provide the website or Service you request, keep the Service secure, remember your cookie choice, authenticate users, protect forms and API requests, enforce rate limits, and prevent abuse.

Examples:

Name or typePurposeDuration
ef_consent local storageStores cookie choices, version, and timestampUntil changed, cleared, or up to 12 months
Session cookieKeeps authenticated users signed inSession or configured session duration
CSRF cookieHelps protect form and API requestsConfigured security duration
Security/rate-limit logsHelps detect abuse and protect availabilityUsually 90 to 180 days

3.2 Preference Technologies

Preference technologies remember optional settings such as language, theme, table display, or saved UI preferences. Where required, they are used only after you select them or where applicable law permits use with a simple way to object.

3.3 Analytics Technologies

Analytics technologies help us understand visits, referrers, device types, page usage, button clicks, errors, and product performance. On the current landing page, analytics are disabled by default and enabled only after consent. If we introduce a third-party analytics provider, we will disclose the provider, purpose, and retention details.

Analytics data is used to improve the website and Service. We do not use analytics cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3.4 Marketing Technologies

Marketing cookies are not used on the current landing page. If we introduce marketing or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and request consent or provide opt-out rights where required before using them.

4. Regional Rules and Choices

For EEA users, non-essential cookies and similar technologies generally require consent unless an exception applies.

For UK users, some storage and access technologies may be exempt from consent where they meet applicable PECR exceptions, such as strictly necessary, certain statistical, appearance, or similar permitted purposes. We still provide notice and a simple way to object where required. Because the Service may be accessed internationally, our public landing page currently takes a conservative consent-first approach for analytics.

For US users, you may opt out of any sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling where applicable state law provides those rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. How to Manage Choices

You can manage choices through "Cookie Settings" in the website footer. You can accept all, reject non-essential technologies, or choose categories where available. You can also clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings.

Withdrawing consent will not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal. If you clear local storage or use a different browser or device, you may need to set your choice again.

6. Browser Signals

We do not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If a legally recognized browser opt-out signal, such as Global Privacy Control, applies to our Service, we will treat it as an opt-out from sale, sharing, or targeted advertising where required.

7. Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change technologies, providers, purposes, or legal requirements. The updated policy will show a new effective date.
